PRODUCT TITLE: Fresco Harmony Finishing Products – 8oz Custom Colour Pack

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:The Custom Colour Pack is one complete unit that contains a specific Fresco Harmony colour formula based on a mixing ration of one (1) bottle (8 fl. oz.) to 3.5 gallon of all purpose joint compound.

Deviation from this ratio or using different joint compound brands  on the same job will result in colour inconsistency. In other words, don’t spill it and make sure that ALL the colour gets mixed in. Use the same brand of joint compound for your entire project.  If not, colour will be inconsistent and warranty void.

One Custom Colour Pack will cover approximately 175 – 250 square feet of surface depending on the surface texture applied to. For substrates such as brick, popcorn, cinder block, and tile, a preparation coat using quickset joint compound should be applied first.

The materials calculator is based on the average 200 sq. ft. coverage.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
GWI LTD’s main goal is customer satisfaction however should you not be satisfied with any products we are more than happy to help.

Standard Return Policy: There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning and products to GWI LTD:

Only items that have been purchased directly from GWI LTD, either through the Online Store or from a GWI LTD store, can be returned.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.
A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns.
Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless we are at fault.
If you have a defected product, please get in contact with our support team immediately who work tirelessly to rectify your faith in GWI LTD.
Out-of-date stock and products with a shelf life of less than 6 months cannot be returned.
In cases where returns are accepted GWI LTD will charge a 20% handling and restock fee (all products must of sellable condition)

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you wish to return an unwanted good, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to £20 carriage. If your return exceeds this amount please contact us and we can arrange collection for you. Please state a date and collection address (not Saturday or Sunday) where the goods can be collected from.

SHIPPING INFO
Pallet delivery fees will be added to all orders where delivery is required, these are subject to  address and range from £50-60 mainland England & Wales, £75- £175 Scotland & British Isles

Any damages to the delivery must be reported to both the delivery driver and a GWI LTD representative as soon as discovered. We take no responsibility for items that are left without a signature. Items left without a signature will be assumed as delivered in perfect condition. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts whereby you are deemed at fault will be charged at the original cost.

Please Note if more than one pallet or more than one box is ordered further shipping costs will be incurred.
